When I first started investing in real estate I was wholesaling. If you have read my article on 'The Art of Wholesaling, this involves contracting a property and assigning your rights to a third party being paid an assignment fee. No cash, no credit investing.
Back in 2006 I had a couple call me to show them how to work this investment strategy. We went to dinner and I laid down "the rules of engagement" of how to do this type of investing. What happened next was absolutely fantastic!
As the husband and wife were driving home, he said to her, "Honey, I'm quitting my job." She reacted by saying, slow down, let's take this step by step. In which he responded, "Did you see the numbers Tony showed us?"
Well the couple ran with what I showed them and 9 weeks later...
...he boarded a plane, flew to Canada were the corporate office is and told his boss he was quitting and going into real estate investing. His multi-millionaire boss responded, (almost billionaire status, I have seen what this guy is worth, he is almost a billionaire) "ohhh how I love real estate" and supported his transition. Nice of him to support him considering the husband was the top producer for the company.
He made $200,000 a year with this company. He was a man of action. After I showed them how to wholesale, they made $30,000 over a 6 week period. In 2007 he tripled his Corporate income by marketing Nouveau Riche and investing in real estate.
Nouveau Riche's system works and real estate investing without cash or credit is possible!
He has said he was one of those individuals who would wake up, go to work, come home, watch T.V. and do it all over again day after day.
What a radical change he and his wife made! Remember, it is not about me, it is about you and what I can do to assist/guide you down a path you want to go.
For many Americans out there it is a "Call to Action!" Don't let obstacles or meaningless excuses stop you form achieving what you deserve in life!
Everyday I see and hear people constantly complaining about their job or situation. Change or Accept your position in life. You are the only one that can choose whether or not you want something better.
