Why

Subscribe in a reader

I'm on another roll again for blogging. I figure today is a great day to blog since I have revamped my time schedule for work. Knowing the fact that this year is going to be amazing for those in NR, my time is going to be full. Sunday's are my relaxing day, so let me get started with this post.

Have YOU figured out WHY you do what you do? Is it just for the money? Give back to others? Make an impact in society? What is it? It does not have to be just one thing. It could be 2, 3, 10 or more. Everyone needs to figure out WHY you are doing what you are doing. Knowing this gives you energy and inspiration to work at your full potential and achieve maximum results.

Here are some of the reasons WHY I do what I do:

1. Give back to my Mom who has given me so much in my life. I'm going to make sure she has absolutely NO financial worries in her retirement. NONE, NADA, ZILCH!

2. Donate to the American Cancer Society. As a cancer survivor, I would love to see a cure for this horrific disease in my lifetime.

3. Educate and guide others down a path to financial well-being via Nouveau Riche's proven system.

4. Donate to the hospital that saved my life when I had cancer.

5. Donate to the D-Day Museum to ensure that the stories of the people who saved the world from tyranny lives on.

These are my five main reasons WHY I do what I do. It s a wonderful feeling to give back to others.

Anyone else want to share WHY they do what they do?

I love you Mom!

Cheering or Playing?

Subscribe in a reader

People cheer on their sports teams, athletes, movie stars, singers, and other types of entertainers all the time. They sit in the crowd yelling and screaming their favorites to victory. Rah! Rah! Go! Go! Yes, we did it. WE WON!.......Screeeeeeeech!!!!!!! Halt. Stop. Wait a minute.

What do you mean, we won?

You didn't win anything. All you did is cheer others on and they won. They did it. They put in the time to practice, to learn, doing the hard work. They are in the game winning, not you. They chose to step out on the court, live their life on their terms, working hard, taking on adversity and negativity and turning it into inspiration that drives them even harder to succeed.
How about your life? Are you in the stands cheering on others or are you on the court playing your game that leads to success?

Day after day I see people cheering on their favorite teams and idols, yet they are unhappy or complaining about their personal situation. I hear people's words: I hope the Bears win today. Go Bears!, Then I hear, I have no time, I have no money. I have no this or that.

Why are you cheering for others, when you cannot cheer on yourself?

Are we taught to cheer for others and not for ourselves?

Are we supposed to cheer for others and not ourselves as a "so called" rule of society?

I'm all for cheering on my favorite teams and entertainers, yet I cheer on myself to victory. I play on the court as well as sit in the stands and cheer. You can do both you know. There is no crime in wanting things in life that you know you deserve.

If you are not willing to step on the court and play the game of life and willing to do what it takes to live the life you want, then don't complain. Accept the fact that you are willing not to change and go with the flow. Live your life, but don't complain if you are not willing to make certain changes needed to live how you want to live.

It seems complaining has become the norm in our society. Not me. No way. It is a tremendous waste of time and energy. Cheer yourself to victory! Believe in yourself and find others who beleive in you as well. Doing this is a tremendous source of inspiration!

I beleive in you!

New Rich: A Few Words

Subscribe in a reader

Nouveau Riche is French for the New Rich for those who are not aware.

The New Rich is not all about money, its about becoming consciously aware, being educated by the right people, creating success, giving back, thwarting the old ways and sticking a 5 inch hypodermic needle of pure adrenaline into the heart of our National economy and reviving it.

There is no hiding the fact everyone needs money, remember money is simply a by-product of controlling systems and assets. As long as we have the monetary system and the fractional banking system...leaving us in terminal debt, money is needed.

Change first! Be Do Have

One of our most influential mentors and Master Entrepreneur, Jim Piccolo, strongly believes that "If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem." Mr. Piccolo delves into the rich history of our country and the bold movements of our forefathers who were motivated by their desire of freedom, a freedom they were willing to die for. Fighting to maintain our freedom, our ancestors learned early on that by joining together we could overcome even the strongest of foe. During the Gold Rush, our ancestors knew what it took to survive in the face of extreme hardship. In the Industrial Age, great entrepreneurs such as John D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, and Henry Ford recognized and acted on opportunity, as business owners to make our country strong. Today, over two centuries later, we ponder what has happened to America, "the land of the free and the home of the brave?" Well, take a look around...our people are not looking so brave anymore...and most are complaining about the current status of our economy.

He goes on to say,

LISTEN! It's time to get mad and make a change!!! It's time to take back our financial freedom and make this country strong again! Building a strong country starts with building stronger citizens...it starts with YOU! "Business ownership is the solution in this country," -Piccolo.

In order to be successful you need to engage in the activities of the wealthy. Stop being part of the problem and start being part of the solution.

Be - Be part of the solution.

Do - Do what the wealthy do.

Have - Have what you want in life.

Rather simple formula!

Live Strong!

Kennedy Center Honors 'The Who'

I'm a music lover. I do not watch much television, but I did watch the part of the Kennedy Center Honors last week when they honored 'The Who.'

Roger Daltrey and Pete Townsend were in attendance of course being honored so graciously for their inspirational music and lifetime achievement. Their songs are timeless and legendary as are the 4 members who made up the original lineup.

Roger Daltrey - A recognizable voice in rock with his famous work of swinging the microphone in circles on stage.

Pete Townsend - The songwriter of the group. His solo work is just as good as the songs he wrote for the band. 2 words: The Windmill

John "Thunder Fingers" Entwistle - Ever see or hear him play 'Boris the Spider?' Enough said! R.I.P.

Keith Moon - Unfortunate death in 1978. He was a powerful and energetic drummer that opened the door for many generations to come. R.I.P.

I had the Pleasure of seeing 'The Who' in 2000 before John Entwistle passed away. Zack Starkey, the son of Ringo Starr was on drums. It was an amazing concert. When the keyboard to Baba O'Riley started playing, the entire crowd went crazy and every single person sang along.

It was so much fun!

Thank you 'The Who' for timeless songs!

Long Live Rock! Be it dead or alive

Giving Back

Giving back to others is a very noble thing to do. There are many people less fortunate that need help on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Various reasons caused these circumstances, some being unavoidable. They may seem lost but are not forgotten by those who donate their time, money, skill, etc. The ability to do something for these people is what makes an individuals heart stronger.

Nouveau Riche supports various organizations donating time and money so others can have a better quality of life. Even if the impact is small (maybe just a smile) it is worthwhile.
Some organizations NR has donated to are:

1. Judi's House - Founded by NFL quarterback Brian Griese, this is a place for children to go to who have lost both of their parents.

2. The Rock - Founded by rock star Alice Cooper, this is a center for teens to go play sports and learn music.

3. Habitat for Humanity - At one of our events we gave 2 homes away free and clear to families who could not otherwise afford it.

4. Frank Edward Piccolo Foundation - Founded by the owners of Nouveau Riche, "The Mission of The Frank Edward Piccolo Foundation is to actively serve the family structure by raising and distributing funds in order to enhance the quality of life for families, or individual family members, so that they may have a better today and a brighter future."

We give back and we are proud to support our communities.

I love our community of Nouveau Riche students and educators!

Happy Donating!

Wisdom More Than Knowledge

Subscribe in a reader

Merriam Webster defines knowledge as:

2 a (1): the fact or condition of knowing something with familiarity gained through experience or association

Merriam Webster defines wisdom as:

1 a: accumulated philosophic or scientific learning

Wisdom is the judicious and purposeful application of knowledge that is valued in society. Knowledge is learning and retaining information. Wisdom is taking action on that information to better yourself and passing it along to others.

Fools know everything and wise men know nothing. I love this saying. It is very true. Wise men are in a constant state of individual growth. Fools who think they know it all never grow because they are stuck on what they currently know and refuse to seek more. They tend to base their information on hearsay and not actual facts.

My philosophy is, once you stop learning, consider yourself dead. I read this a while back and never forgot it. Life is a constant learning experience. If you stop, you will be in this current posistion for the rest of your life. This is where the complaining begins and never ends until you decide to change your ways.

Psychologists have gathered data on commonly held beliefs or folk theories about wisdom.[1]These analyses indicate that although "there is an overlap of the implicit theory of wisdom with intelligence, perceptiveness, spirituality and shrewdness, it is evident that wisdom is a distinct term and not a composite of other terms."[2]

1. ^Sternberg, R. J. (1985). Implicit theories of intelligence, creativity, and wisdom. Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 49, 607-62.

2. ^ Brown, S. C., & Greene, J. A. (2006). The Wisdom Development Scale: Translating the conceptual to the concrete. Journal of College Student Development, 47, 1-19.

One of my favorite quotes is:

The great end of life is not knowledge but action. -Thomas H. Huxley

Read that again!! I interpret it as - Action taken is wisdom at work! You grow and the people around you grow. You are taking knowledge and putting it to use.

Be Wise!

Eyes On Our Income Opportunity

Subscribe in a reader

I first saw Nouveau Riche's presentation in March 2006. At the time NR was still relatively small with a presentation size of 35 people when I first looked at it. We now have 7 weekly presentations in various parts of the Chicagoland area. It has grown very fast and has changed many lives.

Over the past 3 years I have been witness to people saying "No", or this does not work, or it is a scam. Those same people who made these remarks are now looking at it again because what they are doing is not working and not solving their financial problems.

One of the reasons why they are looking at it again is due to the growth of the community and the results generated. What it took was a core group of people who believed in the system and worked diligently to assist others in changing their financial well-being.

The traditional system of working for someone else is no longer secure and financially working. I have been talking to people who are losing more and more of their retirement accounts in a system that does not care whether you make money or lose it. The system and the people in it make money whether or not you make money or lose money.

I talked to 2 individuals in the past 3 days. One has lost $60,000 and the other has lost $70,000 in their retirement accounts working for someone else.

Currently we have high level executives looking at our Income Opportunity side of Nouveau Riche. Why? They are the next to go from Corporate America to be replaced by someone at half or 2/3 their current salary. In order for business to survive the highest paid always goes first to increase bottom line. These individuals have high incomes that will need to continue to exist in order for them to maintain their current active lifestyles.

With our compensation plan paying 50% and the opportunity to generate $10,000+ per person to refer people to our college to learn from millionaire real estate investors is very appealing to them. As they build up this business income and learn from these investors, they start building cash reserves to invest in real estate or become a money lender.

As we move into Spring and the direction Nouveau Riche is going, more and more lives will change for the better, resulting in less stress, more time, and financial independence/control of their money. The mindset people have about money is the way they live their lives. If you think mediocre, you live mediocre. If you think grand, you do what it takes to live grand!

Eyes on you for change!

Statistics and Reality Check

I will abbreviate Dept. of Health and Human Services as (DHHS)

Consider the following...

The number one tax strategy for middle-income families is to own a small business.

The deductions alone will save you thousands of dollars.

-------------------------------------------------------

Today's 65 year olds

1% of today's 65 year olds are wealthy. 74% of that 1% are business owners and real estate investors. (DHHS) ***

54% are dependent on church, family and government. (DHHS) ***

36% need to work well into their golden years. (DHHS) ***

4% are financially independent. According to the U.S. Government, if you make $34,000 a year in income, you are financially independent. (DHHS) ***

----------------------------------------------------------

There is $3.7 trillion dollars available in retirement accounts for real estate investing.

This number will swell over $10 trillion over the next 10-15 years. This is where the money is to invest in real estate. We can show you how to get this money.

We teach secrets the IRS does not want you to know.

Leverage is the number one reason why people become wealthy.

Business ownership and real estate investing provide Multiple Streams of Income.

Wealthy people purchase cash producing assets. These pay for their liabilities.

There are ways to invest in real estate without your own cash or credit. Trust me!!

Wealth is the control of systems and assets. Money is a by-product.

***Are you financially on track for retirement?

Two thoughts:

1. You miss 100% of the opportunities you do not take.

2. You can make money or you can make excuses. Which one do you choose?
